GRIEF & NEUROPSYCHOLOGICAL CONSULTATION

Using an integrated, person-centered, strengths-based approach to wellbeing, we will explore many dimensions of your overall wellbeing, identify your strengths and then use your strengths to make the shifts you ware wanting to make.

I use a variety of techniques within a person-centered natural active environment (you decide the physical activity we engage in [walking, stretching, rock climbing, breathing, etc.]) for you to practice and develop alternative ways of thinking and feeling.

In part, my approach is informed by a grief-based model of therapy, grounded in theoretical traditions of feminism and existentialism.

Our first meeting will be about 90 minutes and we will discuss:
  1. Your physical/emotional/mental/medical history
  2. Goals
  3. Develop a plan of action

Costs:
  • There is an initial assessment and intake fee of $157.50.
  • Follow-up sessions are 50-minutes at a rate of $105.00.
  • The sessions are not currently eligible for Medicaid or Medicare coverage.
  • Please contact your private insurance company to see if you are eligible for a reimbursement for out-of-pocket expenses for this service.

Description: Each day, your mind and body are a lotus flower. You have the power to decide how open you will be. You can shift your patterns of thinking and feeling, set your intentions, and create the most adequate space for you to perform as your heart desires.
